This PR adds visualization for obstacle, 2-link reacher and half-cheetah tasks to README.

Can you change the title of the PR to include "SSRL"?

As we discussed:

make plots somewhat smaller
make things a little bit less wordy (e.g. something like "copy the hyperparams of the agent in experiments/reacher_ioc_feat_mdgps to experiments/reacher_mdgps.")
