Integration bias and variance #118

@grfrederic, this workflow does the following thing:

There are several distributions and "critics" (which defaults to PMI function, but may also be biased).
We evaluate ground-truth MI of this distribution using several independent runs and large sample size.
We then "integrate" the "critic" using several different losses.

If you think it's ready to be merged, please merge – I will have little keyboard time until Wednesday evening...
