Can we make the drop downs in homepage navigation bar to expand on hover? Currently they expand on click.

Dropdowns don't need to expand on hover; from what I've read, hover functionality cannot be controlled using keyboard (whenever we add fully-baked keyboard support). If there are articles that say otherwise, we can add this functionality, but for now, we can remove this.
