Common indicator description | Quick fix #89

Definitions of common indicators on scheme snapshot view were wrong. Reason: CBGA didn't use consistent definitions in their scheme metadata sheets.
This issue has been temporarily fixed by editing the descriptions in this metadata file manually. The excel files have not been edited now.
