Hi, I'm one of the maintainers of the Phylogenetics CRAN Task View, and it's been been brought to our attention that your package, 'perfectphyloR' has been archived on CRAN. Do you have any plans to fix the package so that it will be back on CRAN? If not, we will need to remove it from the task view.

perfectphyloR has now been removed from the Phylogenetics CRAN Task View. If you would like it restored, please restore the package to CRAN or show that you have resolved the issues that CRAN raised in the Github version of the package.
