Decoy distribution is missing MSMS mass error plot #102

this is how it should look like: image

but ggplot somehow has a bug which prevents the decoy distribution from being shown.

fixed in https://github.com/cbielow/PTXQC/commit/3752c33b29d25c008029ad684e5696ff5ba1af07 (using an alpha transparency hack)
