Report creation fails if very old PTX-QC version was run on the same dataset #118

... since the markdown template PTXQC_report_template.Rmd, which gets copied to the txt folder by the old PTX-QC version contains invalid R code which fails with new versions of PTXQC. The error message is

Error in eval(expr, envir, enclos) : object 'lst_qcMetrics_ord' not found
