Add vmat-parameters into all dat-files #5

Not completely clear how to do this.

Notice that in initial stage (i.e. first time run) one must use the following paramteres:

[vmat]
load precooked vmat = 
save vmat = vmat_bin

Trying to load a precooked vmat that does not exist will cause a fatal error at Zonation runtime. This is intentional behaviour, though.

Reopening the issue so that loading will be enabled once the vmats have been saved.
