Separate tutorial into a data package #60

Currently the Zonation tutorial and data in inst/extdata take quite a bit of space. Separate these into a dedicated data package, which zonator suggests.

Full tutorial data now separated into zdat package. Minimum set on inputs/outputs are retained in zonator for testing purposes. Size of the installation now doesn't cause problems in CRAN.
