Multiple instances (watch, phone) on the same person? Sounds compelling - re-adding. Look for it in the update I push out later today.
Reading added to the Robot Health probe. Look for TIME_OFFSET_MS in the bundle.

I don't think I implemented it in the new sensor scheme. Couldn't come up with a plausible use case that would justify the work. If you have one, I can add it back in.
