Purple Robot Health Probe Updates #151

Can we have the Purple Robot Health Probe update more frequently than at present. It seems to be doing a strange back off on my device e.g. displaying an update within 5 mins, then another in the next 30 mins, another in the next 2 hours etc. I usually set the probe to run every 1 or 5 minutes. It gets to a point where I have no idea how many files are remaining, so just reboot the phone to re-initialize Purple Robot, e.g. No update between 2pm and 6pm today, and that's with all other probes turned off, while HTTP Uploads are enabled. Other probes, e.g. the accelerometer probe update much more frequently.

I'm seeing the same behavior - investigating.

Found an issue with the NTP updating code. Fixed and will be deployed in 1.0.24. Open a new issue if the issue persists.
