Purple Notifier loses state when phone's battery fully-depletes #204

Repro procedure:

0) Verified on a T-Mobile Galaxy S3 (Android 4.1.1) with PN 1.1.1 and PR 1.4.2. 1) Create a "badge, title, and message" widget with a particular ID associated with it. 2) Via Purple Robot or a test script, assign values to the PN widget. 3) Let the phone's battery deplete to the point at which the phone shuts-down. 4) Connect the phone to a power source, then turn it on. The widget no longer contains values.
