Add a "reset to default values" button on the Settings menu #205

It could be useful to have a button on the Settings menu that enables the user to reset all the configurable values in PR to their defaults.

Currently, I believe the only way to restore PR configuration to a default state is to uninstall and reinstall PR.

This is a nice-to-have. It is not at all an urgently-needed feature...
