2) Enable HTTP upload.
3) Enable probes.
4) On PR's main activity, notice an orange warning triangle; tap it to enter the diagnostics activity.
5) On the diagnostics activity, under "problems & warnings", some text about being unable to upload should display.
6) Tap the envelope icon to send a diagnostics email.
7) The "problems & warnings" text is not included in the email.
Consequences include inability to diagnose remote users' issues.
