In Settings -> Problems & Warnings, the message "Please provide some information about your friends and family to help the system function better" sometimes displays.
The trouble with that fact is that the functionality to which this message refers is not relevant to all projects. On those projects where it is irrelevant, it confuses users.
Maybe this message can be gated by a config option?
