Users should not be taken to PR when responding "No" to a prompt #219

This only applies if PR is open but it does occur and it needs to be resolved.

I think I have a decent way of dealing with this (finishing the activity on inPause) that might work. Let's touch base after 5pm to see if a potentially simple code solution addresses the issue for you.

The MedLink pivotal story about this was zombied but not resolved. I just left a comment on that story asking Mark, Eric C-F, and Chris Brenner if there's still a need to look at this for future scenarios, even if it doesn't matter for MedLink.

I am not sure this was addressed in a general way. I think we somehow got by it both in MedLink and FOCUS.
