Cramped UI #3

The current layout is going to get cramped as we add more features. May need to add a tab structure- 

 *|_Timecard
      *|_Day View, default today, navigate to next/previous detail. 
           *|_Detail View, Save
 *|_Approval
      *|_Detail View, default current, navigate to next/previous approval, Submit
 *|_Expenses
      *|_List View order by date descending, paged?
           *|_Detail View, save, submit

real estate is a concern.
