Sub-collection/project permission problem #64

Documents in a public sub-collection, but private parent collection(s) are not readable even though the sub-collection has been added to a project and made public.

Not a bug. The issue is cased by a collection being in two different projects with conflicting levels of permissions so CanCan defaults to the most secure.
