Add misc files uploads and tie ins to existing docs #71

So Torre can upload PDFs. Low priority, do only if you have time.

Do a document has many documents association, and add to Document edit view. Then display associated documents on Document show view. Use the Ancestry Ruby library to guarantee association sanity.

Finshed in December. Files can be viewed as "Additional Notes" and added from a documents edit page.
