REASON: So the people that went afk quickly while everyone spams regather are not excluded from the Gather if you just repick captains instead.
(cause usually it fills in 10 seconds on a regather and there's no notification don't pay attention for 10 seconds but waited 30 minutes to gather well shit happens for you that the captain was afk its not your fault but you waited 30 minutes for nothing)
Replace "vote regather" with "revote captains"
