The Gatherchat needs a Badword filter+Spamblocker #103

There needs to be a delay in-between users being able to spam messages cause we have a lot of unnecessary "pick him pick her" spam at the moment.

Also a badword filter to make it obvious to not bm insult etc.

The problem with the badword filter is it needs to be very consequent to include all different languages and variations of a single word etc. and can be easily bypassed. So I guess it will be based on a basic dictionary and English-only.
