Adding a shared-memory output option to the tsclient binary will allow us to effectively use it as a shm manager on a processing node. Worker processes can then connect locally to this high-performance timeslice interface.
Adding this feature includes:
A new interface class between the TimesliceSink protocol and the TimesliceBuffer class (ManagedTimesliceBuffer)
A rework of the tsclient command line parameters concerning the output options. The new options shall provide means to specify and configure the shared memory.
