URI-style timeslice source selection #98

This PR adds comprehensive URI-style timeslice source selection to the TimesliceAutoSource class. It will enable a consistent input source specification in both the flesnet tsclient and the interface from cbmroot.

The tsclient now uses only TimesliceAutoSource as input class. Its input options are consolidated to "--input-uri,i".
