Localize tiles per country #1267

Based on feedback from speech therapists on demos we need to create localized tiles based on the culture and language of the user. For example: in Argentina we need Alfajor, Dulce de leche, Galletas. in Chile would be Queque, Manjar y Bizcocho.

And change the main board to use ARASAAC for Spanish speaking countries.

JuanMa from OTTAA has an automated script to localize big datasets.

Hi, can you please let us know where can we find the JuanMa from OTTAA you have mentioned in the description? We are having some trouble finding it. @hectoritr

@lopezjuanma96 my bad, I thought JuanMa was the name of the script, it's the name of the developer! We are both available this weekend, we are on EST which is -2 hours from your time zone I believe, will you be available this weekend?

I think it is quite clear that now we must name one of the algorithms JuanMa! 🤣🤣🤣
