standardize handling of hash-URIs in local registry query: sometimes in base-64, sometimes not.
Add more robust handler of all known hash-URI alternative formats: (i.e. truncation, base64/base32, etc)
Configuring default_algos() with CONTENTID_ALGOS may still break some functions (probably by making content_id in data.frame format)
