Fixed bug in `citet` #44

Updated citet to handle page numbers (the page number was printed outside of the parenthesis). This is a bit hacky so a true fix maybe to alter inline_format instead.

Yeah, some day I'll overhaul inline_format to be more flexible; presumably a user should be able to specify an arbitrary set of metadata for their inline format.
