Fixing deprecated syntax. #68

The separate username parameter is deprecated in the install_github() function.
The preferred format is now "username/repository".

Thanks; yup, guess the readme is showing it's age there. Note that the readme is actually generated automatically from the vignette .Rmd file, but I've just fixed this there as well so I'll go ahead and merge.
