Fix #97, update documentation for citet #98

This both fixes #97 and adds "see also" text to both functions with links to each other and to the RefManageR functions.

thanks! can you go ahead and run devtools::document() on your fork so it also updates the actual .Rd files?

I just did. Is it easier for me to create a new pull request, or can you more easily merge my fork?
