Some app metadata not being imported #15

gromacs on :7777 site says "unknown" for application information. lammps, too. I believe these are in the appinfo.TACC.json file, so they should be there.

Also, FFTW shows "None" for publications -- but the CHI note said there was 109. Something's wrong.

Solved this FFTW problem, but the gromacs/lammps problem did not go away.

Fixed by adding canonical names of a couple apps to appinfo.TACC.json. So, a data fix issue.
