Done. There were some packages for which we had a lot of Google Scholar links, but no Scopus links, but I think this is all right because: (1) using strictly scopus links from "official" canonical publications makes our measure of publications understandable and predictable; (2) maybe the ones Scopus can't find are things like textbooks, for which citations are less likely to be about the software, and more about other aspects of that work.
