Look into validity of MPI libraries in TACC data #52

This was indeed a misunderstanding about the data -- static MPI libraries were not included. In the long run we'll be getting more complete XALT information from TACC, and we'll have to look in particular at static vs dynamic libraries and noticing that they're the "same" software being included.
