newly updated simList object NPP and emissionsProducts need verification #27

simList object NPP was update to include NPP from disturbed stands. Plotting and comparing to previous and others estimates is necessary. simList object $emissionsProducts was newly created and no checking has bee done. These are on an annual basis (pools are re-zeroed each year in the annual event).

NPP calculation was verified and modified (commit: 8cd9cc8a7fdb3194022c9349e53dda6a35a7f27a). $emissionsProducts are plotted correctly (pull request 7fac5b4da1a9a3737d636168c2e365edf4d15c8e). There is still an issue that CO2 comes out as NAs, but that is in the c++ scripts and has a separate issue (CBM_core issue #4)
