Access to AWS has changed #2

Omega can upload media to my AWS S3 bucket, but it cannot read that file. My browser tells me this:

PermanentRedirect The bucket you are attempting to access must be addressed using the specified endpoint. Please send all future requests to this endpoint. ll-dev-carlys-test.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com ll-dev-carlys-test MB3HTGDNFVDE3C9J FTpBOnGaCmvKyEKBuG9wz2zX9hWEWz03eLOieb7Wte3KCUlmQaH1hj6VwQExNdClSXa6WYS/5NI=
