Tags that include '&' are not displayed #5

Hi, I'm finding ddb_playback_status to be an integral part of my enjoyment of DeaDBeeF but I have one issue.

When a tag, i.e.%artist%, includes the ampersand character, e.g. 'first artist & another artist', then the result is that nothing is displayed. If another song has previously played, then the previous %artist% value is still displayed instead of the current one.

With current deadbeef (and devel) and current ddb_playback_status.

I have a fix for this but I'm new to actually using Github - do I need access to be enabled for a pull request?

Also won't work if the tag contains '<' or '>'. It will stop working and stuck displaying the previous one.

Edit: I realize https://github.com/cboxdoerfer/ddb_playback_status/pull/6 this pull request is specifically aimed for this issue. Too sad that the owner seems not maintaining this right now.
