can sleepecg detect peaks in real-time? #184

No, the Pan-Tomkins detector requires the entire ECG recording to do its job (which includes going back and forth in time to improve detection results). There are detectors that work in real-time, but this is outside the scope of SleepECG as well as my expertise (so unfortunately, I cannot point you to a Python implementation of such a detector).
