Where would real msms.csv data come from for MSe/bbCID? #14

I have a user asking how to get their bbCID data into ramclustr and looking at the vignette it's not clear to me how that CSV file should be created.

I suggest adding a flow chart of software to the README to show a few usage scenarios at a glance. Something as simple as this:

Thanks Matt - sorry for the lack of response here. I will try to clarify this in the readme or the vignette. ultimately, the answer is that there are any number of ways to get your csv file, we just need to have a common format for it. Feel free to send this user my way for more specific use options.
