API v1.4 support #1

Hello @cbrowet-axway ,

I am pretty new to APIM and I want to put my hands on some automation around our gateway. I've not tried it so far. However, this repo looks great but seems to be not updated for a while. API version update To support User membership in multiple organizations (multi-orgs), a new version of the API v1.4 was introduced. The multi-orgs feature is available with the 1.4 version of the API only, meaning that any third-party portals or integrations (for example, SSO) must be updated to use version 1.4. The API Manager UI uses the API 1.4 by default.

This feature is forward compatible, the API 1.4 will work with single-org users, but not backward compatible, you cannot configure multi-orgs in the API 1.4, then revert it to the API 1.3.

The new API Manager 7.7 API 1.4 is available in OAS3 format on the Axway Documentation portal.

I am just wondering if this is going to be compatible and if you are going to continue to work on it. I would really appreciate if you could check on it. Thanks for all your time spent on it.

Ok, I think I got this. I can generate it myself using swagger-codegen 🤣 I'll try it. Anyway, this repo gave me a good tip. Thank you!
