Add scale buttons with stupid css transform and zoom in on start

This might greatly help with the game start, as the game will start with the zoomed in player's territories.

[ ] Add buttons next to the Capture button with + and - and a zoom emoji.
[ ] On click fire an action. An action will change current zoom with min and max values.
[ ] That current zoom gets picked from state and added to css of canvas always.
[ ] On game start start zoomed in to your territory.

I am actually not sure that this is needed because of icons and images. Let's postpone this.
