Add clans for players #78

So that players will think before capturing others; also players will socialize more.

A quick solution would be to add a clan::String field, which gets displayed on hover. Also, need to have an admin interface with invites, which is not that easy.

Might take a week.

Need to investigate whether it's really needed.

A current theory is that it's a nice thing to have, but really isn't required. This might be useful though when the people from different communities play this
