I did want to ask about one thing which tends to confuse my students: the “all loci have fixed by t = 23” notice (screenshot attached). I explain what that is every year, because I do see the logic of it. Yet, it is the kind of warning which tends to confuse the students. In part, the warning alerts the user to what is coming up in the NEXT graph. It is not until the user clicks OK that the graph is updated. I wish there were a way to simply notify the user at the same time as showing the updated graph. Or, give an option to turn off these warnings.
