Cuda 6.0 #19

Compiling with Cuda 6.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 works just fine.

Speed of mining x11 is the same as with Cuda-5.5, so switching to cuda 6.0 should be safe

Nothing is required from the project to do this, other than updating the README file to remove the concerns about speed degradation when using cuda 6.00

I also have seen that speeds with cuda toolkit 6.0 are exactly the same on x11 and x13

Any idea if using Cuda 7 Ubuntu 12.04 also works?
