Added wrapnvml for GPU temp readings as in cudaminer. #26

Perhaps there was a reason that this GPU temps weren't in ccminer, but I wanted them while I was working on my ventilation system and happened to be mining JackpotCoin, so I imported the wrapnvml files from CudaMiner.
