Small modifications so that we can have different learning rates for each task ('m', 'p', 's' and 'd' for now).

self.opts.gen.opt.lr now has a default value. If you want to change the default value for one or more tasks, you can add the keys of those tasks in your own config, for example you'll have self.opts.gen.opt.lr.m and self.opts.gen.opt.lr.s. All the tasks that do not have a key will have the default lr.
