TO DO :

[x] Add deeplabv2 pretrained model in the encoder - (cut the Classification module (ASPP) and added Resblocks)
[x] Fix BaseEncoder (somehow something broke)
[x] Modify test

There is no test function specifically to test all the encoder architectures, but if you change in the config file the architecture you are using, that's enough for the test.
