We are currently focusing of flood events, and have made a very simple proof of concept for wildfire events with a CycleGAN. What other weather events could we explore ? For which events could our current architecture be used for ?

Some ideas:

Smog (would a task closer to style transfer be more appropriate ? would we need to explore foreground extraction to modify differently the background of the scene than the foreground ? )
Drought (which are the objects that we ant to modify in the image, would an approach based on segmentation work ? )

We should try fire, either with the building on fire, or with fire around the building, and show it to some people to see what they think
