Kelsey will send Cable broad strokes: Monday - ice breaker Tues - Wed - work Thurs - work 1/2 day with event in afternoon Friday - work with celebration dinner in cape town (?)

Next steps re: the agenda and activities are:

Cable will create a rough v.1 draft of the week agenda... based on IOL #1 - informed by feedback from IOL #1 (e.g., we'll likely start with a group activity / ice breaker on day 1)

Cable will call a meeting of all of the mentors - to discuss, review and modify the agenda and plans

we'll loop the IOL advisory committee in for their feedback

My current ideas pending agenda

We have FULL run of the hotel which includes a space large enough for everyone and conference supplies.
Morning drive to winelands - meeting at lunch venue and lunch and break away spaces on vineyards.
Makers Lab space - meeting room and discussion and lunch session on makers culture in cape town
I can also book the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation for a fews days. I'm just waiting on a outline agenda to make plans and give some fantastic cape town flair to the agenda
