DO THIS AFTER / in parallel with / PLANNING IOL #2

Scaling IOL:

create IOL activities / opportunities all along the curve - so everyone interested in open policy can be involved
- take different aspects/pieces of in-person event and run them as stand alone workshops after a conference, etc.
- host webinars on different pieces of open policy during OA week, OER week

Cable needs to reach out to Commonwealth of Learning / Asha: to fund: IOLx / IOL online - online course and toolkit.

Will HOLD on this until we complete planning for IOL #2

IOLx - "winners" from their region get to go to the next FTF IOL ...
