• fund 14-15 IOL fellows and 6 mentors (20-21 people total)

• $1250 per person for a week of accommodation / meals / travel in Cape Town

  5 x nights Accommodation / hotel: Sunday night - Thursday night 5 x dinners: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday nights 4 x lunches transport to to/from airport, to dinners, to events

• $1500 plane ticket / person (average to Cape Town)
