Dates:
    Africa Open Textbook Workshop: March 12-13 (optional for IOL #2 fellows and mentors ... Cable will be there)
    Accommodations (for IOL fellows) starts Sunday evening, 3/13 - check out on Saturday 3/19
    Monday: 3/14 - optional activity (e.g., Cape Winelands) for IOL fellows / mentors
    Tuesday 3/15 - Friday 3/18 = IOL #2 working sessions

    6 x nights Accommodation / hotel: Sunday night - Friday night
    5 x dinners: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday nights
    5 x lunches
    transport to to/from airport, to dinners, to events

IOL Events (group bonding activities)
    (optional) day in the Cape Winelands - Monday
    a salon evening with the Makers & StoryCode community in Cape Town
    a tour of township innovation projects associated with the Bertha Centre
    evening trip up the cable car dinner on top of Table Mountain

Budget

fund 20 IOL fellows and mentors (20 people total)
$1250 per person for a week of accommodation / meals / travel in Cape Town
$1500 plane ticket / person (average)

$2750 / person x 20 people = $55K (- some $ for Dave and Kelsey ... as they are already in Cape Town for the other event)
