Kesley - is the conference space large enough for 22 people + a few other misc. guests who might show up? Hewlett is planning to come - 2-3 people for one day. Ryan also plans to come. So we may need a conference space that holds 26 people ... at least for the 1 day Hewlett is there.

No Problem. I'm not planning on having a home conference venue - instead use the many spaces and places in and around Cape Town. The idea is to keep people inspired by stunning vistas and interesting projects

My current ideas pending agenda

• We have FULL run of the hotel which includes a space large enough for everyone and conference supplies.
• Morning drive to winelands - meeting at lunch venue and lunch and break away spaces on vineyards.
• Makers Lab space - meeting room and discussion and lunch session on makers culture in cape town
• I can also book the Bertha Centre for Social Innovation for a fews days. I'm just waiting on a outline agenda to make plans and give some fantastic cape town flair to the agenda
